A VERY Pleasant Stay

excellent location upgraded room birthday surprise lovely view

my second visit here was REALLY excellent. the location allows quick access to the beach and shops nearby. the upgraded room had a lovely view. on my birthday, i got a delicious cake as a surprise from the hotel staff.

the coffee machine at breakfast was OUT of service.

the studio suite included a king bed. it also featured a partial sea view which was quite nice. the room had very good daily cleaning service with timely water replenishment, which i much appreciated.

the hotel gives easy access to a clean beach. the location provides access to a large shopping mall. access to the metro station is also very nearby. these facilities were very convenient for our travel plans.

amazing stay, totally recommend!!!

the staff was really kind and helpful. my apartment on the 25th floor was huge and spacious. the staff changed towels daily and provided water in the room every day. breakfast was good, the restaurant staff was wonderful!

i didn't like that people might be getting paid to write reviews.

efficient staff convenient location practical touch

the staff addressed all our needs promptly and efficiently. the location suited me very well, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the spacious room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, a practical touch i very much appreciated.

helpful staff excellent selection friendly staff

The hotel restaurant on the first floor offered an excellent selection. staff there were friendly and helpful, always attentive to guest needs. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast included with my stay. omelets or fried eggs cost an extra qar 10.

the room lacked a drying rack for clothes, a slight inconvenience.

unpleasant odor late access

the Check-in process proved frustrating. The room was also not ready at the promised 3 PM. i also noticed a distinct unpleasant odor in the hallway, it was not pleasant.
